GES is pleased to make available for hire, one (1) laborer with one (1) pushcart, for one (1) trip each way (dock to booth/booth to dock) to facilitate the move-in/ move-out of exhibitors with small exhibit material shipments. A cartload is eight (8) pieces or less, weighing less than 340 lbs. total with one (1) cartload trip allowed per booth. The cost is $59.25 one way. There is one cartload allowed per exhibitor.

To utilize cartload service your vehicle must unload on the receiving dock of the exhibit hall. There must be two (2) people with the vehicle; one (1) person to go with your product to the booth space and one (1) person to remove your vehicle from the unloading area to the parking area. Freight that is more than 340 lbs. will be charged Material Handling rates.

Exhibitors may hand carry/self-unload items at the GICC dock area on a first-come, first-serve basis, within a 30-minute time frame. Exhibitor(s) must have two (2) adults in the vehicle over the age of 18 with a valid driver’s license. Any vehicle over the allotted time of 30 minutes will be asked to relocate their vehicle and could be towed at the owner’s expense.

Exhibitors may also park in the Georgia International Convention Center parking lots and hand carry items through the Exhibit Hall Main Entrance. The GICC allows exhibitors to use a two wheel cart (only) with access through the Main Entrance. Please use the designated door where the security guard is located.
