Exhibitor FAQ

Q: CAN I BRING IN BEVERAGES AND/OR FOOD INTO THE VENUE?
A: Unfortunately, outside food and drinks are not permitted in the venue. Concessions will be open during show days for food and beverage selections.

Q: CAN I SET UP MY OWN BOOTH?
A: You are able to set up your own booth at Atlanta Pet Fair. If labor is needed, please check the GES portion of the Service Kit.

Q: Can I bring in my own dolly or hand-truck?
A: Yes, but only GES can use a forklift or pallet jack. If you need a pallet jack, please check the GES portion of the Service Kit. Also, four-wheeled carts may be charged a “cart fee” in order to enter the show floor.

Q: CAN I DRIVE MY CAR INTO THE BUILDING FOR SET-UP AND BREAK DOWN?
A: Cars are not permitted on the show floor, but you are more than welcome to bring in your own dolly or cart.

Q: WHERE CAN I FIND BOOTH SET-UP RULES?
A: Atlanta Pet Fair uses the Cubic Content Rule for display guidelines. These rules can be found in the Exhibitor Service Kit.

Q: WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH MY BOOTH?
A: Your booth consists of  8’ tall Blue and White back wall, 3’ tall Blue or Whiteside rails, One 6’ Blue topped and skirted table, Two chairs, One wastebasket, and One-line ID sign.  If you have a corner booth and would like the side drape removed, you may request this.  With, or without a corner drape, please make sure your display stays within the boundary of your booth space.

Q: WHERE CAN I FIND BOOTH SET-UP RULES?
A: Atlanta Pet Fair uses the Cubic Content Rule for display guidelines. These rules can be found in the Exhibitor Service Kit.

Q: WHEN CAN I TEAR DOWN MY BOOTH?
A: Dismantling is on Sunday at 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Early dismantling (including packing-up of any part of your exhibit) violates Show Rules and more importantly, detracts from the professional appearance of Atlanta Pet Fair. Please note that early dismantling will not be tolerated. Move-out of exhibit materials or dismantling prior to the 4 p.m. closing of the show Sunday will result in a $500.00 fine that will be due and payable prior to inclusion in any other WPA event.

Q: CAN I BRING MY PET?
A: Only pets utilized for demos or contests are allowed at the show, they must be kept in the booth.

Q: I NEED TO SHIP MY BOOTH, WHAT DO I DO?
A: If you are shipping to APF through GES, advance warehouse shipments may begin to arrive on February 7 and the shipment must arrive on or prior to March 9 to avoid off-target charges. Your shipments must be addressed as follows

Q: WILL I RECEIVE MY BADGES BEFORE THE SHOW?
A: Badges are not mailed out prior to the event. Barcodes will be emailed to registered booth staff of exhibitors before the show. You simply need to print your barcode and bring it to the badge scan stations for expedited entry
