It is likely the experience involved much more than just one thing. If you think about it, really think about it, there were probably lots of things that all added up to the overall experience.
The Customer’s Experience starts well before they even meet you, but doesn’t end after they meet you or leave your facility either! Joe will help you see the difference between Customer Experience and customer service and where the customers’ experience with you might be exceeding their expectations or coming up short. Whether it is positive or negative, your customers are always forming an opinion and sharing it with others. What experience do you want them talking about?
